TUBER GUARANTEE: Thank you for supporting us. Your happiness is our top priority. We guarantee your dahlia tubers will be true to ID and arrive in the mail with at least one eye, and a healthy tuber body. Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of your order arriving if you have any concerns. Once the 5 days have passed, you accept full responsibility for your tubers. Please understand we are not responsible for damage due to bad weather, pests, rot, poor field conditions, negligence, or plant performance.
MISLABELS: We take accurate labeling seriously and we try our very best to ensure you get the right variety, but sometimes a mislabel slips through. If your dahlia blooms and it’s not the variety you ordered, please contact us with photos, a copy of your order and we will do our best to resolve the mistake!
VIRUS POLICIES: We are a licensed nursery grower in the state of Massachusetts. We take all necessary measures to reduce the risk of virus (aggressively cull any suspicious plants during the growing season, sanitize between plants and use several organic methods to keep pests controlled). That being said, by purchasing you accept the fact that dahlias sometimes get sick, just like any other plant, and virus is not 100% avoidable. Given that no one grows in a sterile environment, and virus can be spread easily by insects, we do not refund for virus.
DAHLIA TUBER SHIPPING FOR 2026:
All orders are shipped using USPS flat rate priority mail. Shipping fee is a flat rate of $15 per order, no matter how many tubers you purchase
We only ship within the USA. This includes Alaska and Hawaii.
Tubers are shipped at the end of April, weather permitting. We do not offer early shipping.
Combined Shipping: Due to the small nature of our business we are unable to offer combined shipping at this time
LOCAL PICKUP: Unfortunately we are unable to offer local pickup
CART: Your order is only confirmed once you checkout and receive an order confirmation number and email.
SUBSTITUTIONS: We do not offer substitutions due to stock loss. If something unexpected happens with storage between your order and shipping, we will refund you the price of the tuber(s).
CANCELLATIONS: Once an order is placed it is final. We do not accept cancellations or changes to an order after it is placed. However, because we are selling a perishable product, we reserve the right, at our own discretion, to cancel and fully refund any order, during our quality checks as we ship out our products.
TRADEMARKED VARIETIES: We are a licensed seller for KA® dahlias. What does this mean? It means that the KA® brand is trademarked and licensed sellers give a royalty % back to the hybridizer with every tuber purchase. What it means for you: Buyers of KA's® varieties can grow them, multiply them, trade them, gift them and donate them without restriction.
